What you'll do
We are looking for a Video Editing Intern who understands that great editing is not about effects, it's about retention, clarity, and impact.
Your job is to transform raw footage into content that stops the scroll, communicates clearly, and drives engagement or conversion. You must understand pacing, hooks, audience psychology, and platform dynamics. This is not a “basic editor” role. This is a growth-focused content role.

- Edit reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts (30–90 seconds)
- Craft compelling hooks within the first 3–5 seconds
- Maintain high retention pacing

Who we're looking for
The right fit
Must-Have
- 1+ years editing experience
- Strong portfolio (short-form required)
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar
- Understanding of pacing and audience psychology
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have
- Motion graphics skills
- Thumbnail design experience
- Understanding of content strategy
- Experience editing educational or thought-leadership content
