Where Builders Tribe organises international delegations, study tours, innovation visits or travel-related programmes:

• participants remain responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and travel authorisations;
• participants are responsible for complying with immigration requirements;
• participants should obtain appropriate travel insurance;
• Builders Tribe is not responsible for immigration decisions or border control actions;
• travel itineraries may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Certain Services require payment. By making payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated:

• prices are exclusive of taxes where applicable;
• payment deadlines are binding;
• unpaid registrations may be cancelled.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Builders Tribe events may be photographed, filmed or recorded.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that your image, voice or likeness may appear in promotional materials, publications, social media, livestreams or recordings.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you should notify us before the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd or incidental footage.

Builders Tribe does not control or endorse these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
