The Role
What you'll do
We are looking for a thoughtful and user-centred Product Design Intern who understands that great design is more than beautiful interfaces, it is about solving real problems through intuitive, accessible, and meaningful user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding users, simplifying complex ideas, and transforming concepts into products that people love to use. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and operations to design solutions that support Builders' Tribe's mission and digital products.

Who we're looking for
The right fit
Must-Have
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think from the user's perspective
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working on personal or academic design projects
- Basic understanding of design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting or interpreting user research
