The Role

What you'll do

We are looking for a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Executive Assistant Intern who can help leadership operate at their highest level.

This is not a “calendar manager” role. This is a thinking partner role. You will manage schedules, coordinate communication, follow up on execution, and ensure priorities are not lost. You must be discreet, structured, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling sensitive information. If you enjoy structure, clarity, and making complex weeks look seamless, this role is for you.

Who we're looking for

  • 1+ years experience in administrative or executive support
  • Exceptional written communication skills
