Pricing basis
All published prices are starting prices based on the delegate count, standard room configuration, confirmed event access and the official delegation dates. Hotel rates and supplier charges may change until payment is received and the booking is confirmed. Flights, visa processing, additional or private airport transfers, tours, additional nights, upgrades, extra baggage, travel insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless added to your written booking offer.

Investor and partner introductions are facilitated based on relevance and counterpart availability. No package guarantees an introduction, meeting, investment, partnership, speaking opportunity or commercial outcome. Startup exhibition is confirmed only when Builders Tribe issues written confirmation for the specific startup.
